We worked with Oxfordshire County Council’s procurement team to design and deliver a robust end-to-end procurement process. We developed the procurement strategy, drafted technical specifications and evaluation criteria, and established clear governance to ensure compliance and transparency.

Drawing on our extensive network and experience of the supplier market, we quickly connected the Council with potential suppliers, to generate supplier interest and ensure later participation in the subsequent procurements. Throughout this engagement we provided hands-on support – hosting supplier webinars, managing bidder queries, developing financial and commercial models, facilitating evaluation and moderation sessions, and supporting contract finalisation.

Our approach ensured that the procurement process remained focused on securing innovation, value for money and deliverability while maintaining full alignment with the region’s 5G vision and national funding objectives.
